Located in Manhattan overlooking the East River, Draper Hall blends old and new structures to create a 100% affordable housing development with access to services and open space. The development combines 203 units of affordable housing for seniors ages 62 and older with health-care resources in a key location in Manhattan’s gentrifying East Harlem neighborhood.

El Barrio’s Artspace PS109 | New York City, New York
El Barrio’s Artspace PS109 consists of the historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of New York City’s public school 109 in East Harlem. RJAHI invested $37 million in LIHTC, and federal and state historic tax credits for the project. The school was originally built in the late 1800’s and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The project will create 90 units of affordable live/work space for artists, as well as space for community organizations.

The Arc Jacksonville Village | Jacksonville, Florida
An affordable, innovative, apartment-style independent living option for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, The Arc Jacksonville Village won the 23rd Annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards for the Special Needs Housing category. The 32-acre gated community, which includes 97 affordable one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, was designed to connect residents with critical, customized government and community resources which provide opportunities to enhance independent living skills, decision-making, safety, wellness management and self-advocacy.

The city of Portland requested at least 40 family units for formerly homeless families in this Pearl District property, but the end result grew to 93 units. Innovative Housing sought Raymond James as an investor partner on this and other properties in the Portland area, including the Erickson Fritz apartments in Old Town near the Burnside Bridgehead.

Duval Park is an 88-unit affordable permanent supported housing community that was brought to life from its former status as a failed development that succumbed to the housing crash. The property, which offers long-term leases and support services to veterans with service-connected disabilities, was made possible by Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, Raymond James Bank, Blue Sky Communities, Boley Centers, ServiceSource and other key partners.
