The property will be managed by Royal American Management. Supportive services will include literary training, an employment assistance program and a support coordinator.

There will be 122 tenants living in The Arc Jacksonville Village alongside a community director, resident service coordinator and seven supportive service coaches. The residences will be restricted to households earning between 33% and 60% of the area median income. Of the units, 25% are completely ADA accessible, including amenities such as roll-in showers.
