Belle Towers is a 76-unit affordable housing community for seniors located just 70 miles northwest of Houston. A portion of the units are set aside for persons with special needs, and the property consists of two three-story residential buildings and a separate community building. On-site amenities include a fitness center, picnic area, limited access entry and supportive services for the senior tenancy. Raymond James partnered with HuntJon and Capstone Real Estate Services to provide $8 million in equity to ensure this welcome addition to the Brenham community.
Bluebonnet Studios | Austin, TX
Bluebonnet Studios is a $20 million, 107-unit low-rise apartment building located in the trendy neighborhood of South Lamar. The building stands out, thanks to its distinct modern features. The community was built with special set-aside units for veterans, the chronically homeless, musicians, and those aging out of foster care. On-site amenities include a community room, courtyard, gym, computer lab and supportive services such as personal financial management courses and home health assistance.
Lakeline Station | Austin, TX
Lakeline Station is a $27 million, 128-unit multifamily apartment community in the rapidly growing city of Austin. The property consists of 10 four-story housing one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The property includes set-asides for tenants with special needs, and supportive services are offered on-site, including adult education classes, computer skills, tutoring, and English as a second language classes. Project amenities include a courtyard, exercise room, central laundry facility, picnic area, playground and swimming pool. Raymond James partnered with Foundation Communities to provide $13 million of equity to this development.
